Thanks for visiting the SSLOG! This idea was recommended by friends who were tired of getting my long-winded emails about our sailing triumphs.
This SSLOG will document the life and times of the Captain and Crew of the sailboat "Sabrina," one of the prettiest boats on the Potomac.
A few words about Sabrina: she is an 30 foot fiberglass sloop designed by the genius yacht designer, Carl Alberg, and built in Canada in 1966 at the Whidby Boat Works. Alberg, as is said by many, was incapable of designing an ugly boat.
The Alberg 30 design is tested and true, with many Alberg 30s crossing oceans or even circumnavigating.

Dana - would absolutely love to do the Cherry Blossom Race - the trees look awesome this year. But, I will be out of town.
The worst thing about wearing a bikini on a boat for me has always been chapped nipples.
